Don't go Chasing Waterfalls

UNESCO World Heritage-listed Mosi-oa-Tunya - Victoria Falls
South Luangwa National Park - the birthplace of walking safaris

Welcome to Zambia

Nestled between eight African giants, Zambia has become a favourite stomping ground for adventurers on their trans-African adventures.

And with more animals than tourists, it’s a rare gem. In fact, 30 percent of the country is National Parks, making a tidy little home for elephants, leopards and hippos.

There is, of course, the magnificent Victoria Falls to get sprayed by, the epic Zambezi River to spot crocs in, walking safaris for the brave and plenty of fish for the fishermen to…fish.

If nature isn’t your thing, then soak up the buzz of Lusaka, the capital, which seems to be at the crossroads of all African trade. Whether you’re coming or going, on your way to Africa’s big guns, or spending some quality time with one of Africa’s lesser-known stars, you’ll be glad you met Zambia.

Africa

If Toto’s Africa is your late-night jam and your favourite Disney movie is hands down, without a doubt The Lion King, then Africa will definitely be your dreamland destination.

Whether you wanna get your David Attenborough on in the Serengeti, hit the highs of Mount Kilimanjaro or cruise the Okavango Delta in Botswana, this super massive continent has a little adventure to suit every switched on traveller.

So jump on a Geckos Africa tour and feel the might of Victoria Falls, sun bake by Lake Malawi, hang out with Masai warriors, eat lunch with the wild gorillas of Uganda and Rwanda, sip on top-notch wine in South Africa and let your worries wash away to the sounds of safari.
