Great trip experiencing what Africa really has to offer! Gecko's hosts ensured we were well accommodated, safe and enjoying every moment of our trip with lots of laughter! Local guides were very information providing every opportunity to see the local wildlife.

Delta & Victoria

The whole trip was an unbelievable experience. We could have not had a better time. Our guide, Justin, cook, Irvine and driver, collen were the best team we have ever come across. The were compassionate and funny. We have never had so much fun in our life and laughed so much. It is the best trip we have ever done. We are now looking at doing another trip in this wonderful, friendly and amazing country.

‘The smoke that thunders' - Victoria Falls
Hwange National Park - home to the second largest population of elephants in the world
Hear the 'smoke that thunders' at Victoria Falls

Welcome to Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe is a land of adventure.  Zimbabwe is a land of niceness. Zimbabwe is a land where locals will greet you with open arms. Despite political hardship, there is resilience to Zimbabwe.

But it’s not just the growing economy and relative stability that’s making it shine. We think it might be because Zimbabwe is quite simply, awesome. It has everything travellers need for the best African adventure.

You can soak up the spray at Victoria Falls, raft down the Zambezi River, get close to lions at Hwange National Park and camp out at Bulawayo. For stunning landscapes, safari adventures, close calls with wildlife and a generous dose adventure sport, you can’t go past Zimbabwe.

No, seriously, you can’t go past it. It’s huge.
