Charity auction – Gorilla Express!

Gecko’s is a proud supporter of Plan’s 'Because I'm a Girl' campaign, which is designed to fight gender inequality, promote girls’ rights and help lift millions of children and their families out of poverty. We give ongoing financial backing to the campaign and our CEO Glenyce is a member of Plan’s Coalition for Investment in Girls.

And now’s your chance to help while heading off on an unforgettable adventure – we’re auctioning on eBay a trip for two on our fantastic Gorilla Express tour. Trekking for close-up encounters with mountain gorillas, hanging out with the chimps of Ngamba Island, beaching out on beautiful Bushara Island... this 8-day adventure gets the best out of Uganda, its magical wildlife and wonderful scenery. Better still, all the money raised from the auction will go towards Plan’s early childhood education project in Uganda, and auction winners will have the opportunity to participate in a day visit to a Plan local community in Kampala, Uganda at the beginning or end of the tour.

The trip for two is valued at $4500, but the auction starts at the grand sum of $3000 dollars! You may pick up a bargain adventure and help others in the process – everyone’s a winner!
