  • Preparing for an overland trip

    Sitting at home, packing for an overland tour means packing for the unexpected and unknown, which means one thing – less is best. I am what you would call a minimalistic packer. I tend to take just the basics when I travel because when you are overlanding, there are no butlers to wait on you, no porters to carry your luggage, no one to rely on but yourself, and your trusty backpack that you need to carry. Yes, and when it comes to carrying, less is definitely best.
