This image pretty much sums up my latest trip to Vietnam...amazing food and pina colada’s. I mean coconut juice.
The dish pictured below is Bun (vermicelli noodle salad) and it's what I lived off for the entire time I was in Vietnam. It’s the perfect mix of meat, greenery, fried things and noodles all in the one bowl. There were many other amazing dishes of course this one was just the easiest to say.

It's hard to miss the thousands of motorbikes, scooters and push bikes that fill the streets of Vietnam. But after a while, you start to notice a certain theme - many of these bikes aren't just for passengers, they're also used to carry extremely heavy loads!
A recent group started to take photos of these "Bikes of Burden" while on their trip, which culminated in a very amusing photo album.

Whether it's for a bit of bonding time, or just to get him out of his comfort zone, every destination holds something exciting. Now it's up to you to help him narrow it down:

Leigh, our social media jedi (that's him in the middle), is still unpacking his bags and hanging up his hiking boots after taking on the Inca Trail on our Inca Highlands trip. We quizzed him on his favourites from South America.
The Inca Trail – tougher than you thought it would be?
