    The dish pictured below is Bun (vermicelli noodle salad) and it's what I lived off for the entire time I was in Vietnam. It’s the perfect mix of meat, greenery, fried things and noodles all in the one bowl. There were many other amazing dishes of course this one was just the easiest to say.

    It's hard to miss the thousands of motorbikes, scooters and push bikes that fill the streets of Vietnam. But after a while, you start to notice a certain theme - many of these bikes aren't just for passengers, they're also used to carry extremely heavy loads!
