You’ll have had burritos before, of course, but none will have tasted as good as the one you buy from a street vendor late at night in Mexico City. Rice, beans and a sometimes unidentifiable meat are all crammed into a soft flour tortilla – the perfect post-pub snack. Or go for a quesadilla, or play it safe with some delicious corn. Grab your favourite and a bunch of napkins, wolf it down, and try not to dwell on the literal translation of ‘burrito’ – little donkey.
