) Rudyard Kipling once described Corbett National Park as “The Primal Jungle”;  Over 1000 square km, the Corbett National Park has caught the imagination of thousands of nature lovers and wildlife seekers. The first National Park in South Asia, it was named after the legendary tiger hunter and conservationist Jim Corbett. The Corbett National Park is a refuge for tigers, as well as several deer, wild boar and many lesser known animals
