Find a palm-shaded hammock, dry off from your afternoon snorkel or kayak, and take another tug on your cocktail – there’s not a lot to do in Caye Caulker, and that’s exactly where the Belize’s seaside village par excellence gets its immeasurable charm from. A few reggae beats slip out from Front Street’s woozy bars, the sun dips into the water, and another happy hour in one of Central America’s most chilled-out spots is underway again.
