Trek through Yok Don National Park

Trek through Yok Don National Park

A guided wander along the trails of the largest nature reserve in Vietnam, the Yok Don National Park, is a pleasure for the stunning natural surrounds, profusion of birdlife and a chattering array of monkeys You might not see most of its other elusive and endangered inhabitants, including elephant, tiger, leopard and the nationally treasured Giant Ibis, but you may glimpse the last known breeding pairs of the Sarus Crane. The region has long been home to ethnic groups like the Ede and Hmong, who have traditionally subsisted on hunting and limited agriculture, and you will be able to interact with them travelling around the park.
