India
India is the place to be for absolute sensory overload. It will challenge, inspire, gobsmack and delight even the most seasoned traveller. The people, languages, customs, food and landscapes are hugely diverse and fascinating wherever you choose to wander. Journey through Kerala, where crystal clear waters cleave through lush green forest, through the deserts and temples of Rajasthan, to Ladakh, with its stunning Himalayan plateaus and peaks; you’ll find it hard to believe you’re on the same continent, let alone in the same country. India is reliable in its diversity and ability to surprise and enchant. Chaotic cities, colourful saris, rattling trains, holy rivers, welcoming villagers, world-renowned cuisine, hustling, bustling streets and the romantic Taj Mahal – all the clichés are here, but you’ll open your heart and mind to so much more in India; a glorious place to get a dose of ‘different.’

The trip was very well organized and mixed. We had beaches, cities, backwaters, organized time as well as freetime. I enjoyed the trip a lot, because everything was organized and i had nothing to care about. I would do the tour with this tourleader every time again!

"We saw a Bollywood movie in Varanasi. Our guide was flexible around our needs & more than happy to help. Both tour guides allowed us plenty of free time as well as providing interpretation & guiding in organised activities - both were inspirational characters & an asset to Gecko's. We also got to meet some fantastic local people. "
