11-day Annapurna Community Lodge Trek
This is a wonderful trek, showcasing the beauty of the Annapurna region and utilising the series of lodges Peregrine has developed over the last few years in conjunction with local communities – we think this is the best short trek in Nepal. All the lodges are located in small, pretty villages well off the tourist trail and were designed, built and funded with the help of our team in Nepal. They create a string of excellent accommodations through some of the Himalaya’s most exhilarating, majestic mountains, terraced rice fields and rhododendron forests. There are fantastic opportunities to interact with villagers too. By staying in our Community Lodges you are helping support village schools, and you’ll have the chance to visit one if you wish.
27-day Kathmandu to Kerala
A truly epic journey – from the mighty Himalaya, journey south through national parks, holy cities, and small villages. Explore the iconic Taj Mahal and the beautiful desert forts and ornate palaces of Rajasthan, before ending up in idyllic south India, where you can relax on beach, enjoy a massage and recollect your unforgettable adventure.
13-day The Road to Kathmandu
This is one of the great overland journeys. From Delhi, we head to Jaipur, the lively capital of Rajasthan, before shifting gear to explore a charming rural village, staying in a centuries-old palace. We marvel at the world’s most famous Mughal icon, the Taj Mahal, then head to the holy city of Varanasi, where pilgrims bathe in the holy water of the Ganges. Over the border in Nepal, we search for exotic wildlife on elephant-back, before reaching the famed Himalayan city of Kathmandu.
16-day Maharajas & Mountains
From the hubbub of Delhi, through the Mughal might and beauty of Rajasthan’s mythic cities and villages, to the luminous Taj Mahal and the ghats along the Ganges in Varanasi, the Indian leg of this immersive journey takes in the best of Maharaja India. Across the border and into Nepal, we go on safari on elephant-back in search of a wide range of wildlife before embarking on a short, but spectacular trek through the Annapurna range for some of the world’s most breathtaking mountain views.
8-day Everest Express
Mt Everest is on the must-see list of many adventurous travellers. This is a long trek for keen trekkers that, in just over a week, delves into Sherpa culture, brilliant mountain scenery, and the wonders of what the Nepalese call ‘Sagarmatha’…the world’s highest mountain.
19-day Everest Base Camp & Gokyo Lakes
This challenging and rugged adventure, with plenty of time for sensible acclimatisation, follows the classic route to the Base Camp of Mount Everest and Kala Patar. Starting from Lukla, this Everest trek takes us through the homeland of the Sherpas, where we enjoy their friendly hospitality and experience arguably the most dramatic mountain views in the world.
