Amazing Iguazu
In the language of the local Guarani Indian, the name 'Iguazu' literally means 'great waters'. As the Iguazu River plunges over 70-metre-high cliffs on a 2.7 kilometre front, it splits into more than 275 separate waterfalls. The ensuing result is one of the most impressive waterfalls in the world.
This short, independent adventure can be added to any of your tours and offers two nights' accommodation in the Argentine town of Puerto Iguazu, arrival transfer and a full day excursion to the Argentine side of the falls. You can also add an optional excursion to the Brazilian side of the falls on your final day, to get a complete overview of this amazing natural wonder.
